On the site and even when you order it shows all parts which to me is a "kit". Only 1 piece arrived and when I called they agreed it looks like all of them are included but only one is called a "Kit" so had to order additional parts. Luckily I have time before my boat launches otherwise I'd be mad.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
