Our organization bought two of the 90 qt coolers last year for our food distributions. We regularly load up these coolers with heavy quarts of milk, frozen items, or eggs, and so far everything is holding up well! The ONLY complaint we have is that almost everyone intuitively goes for the small handle to pull the cooler (which is on the same side as the wheels) and they start dragging the cooler across the floor. I have to show the volunteers that there's a large handle on the opposite side to use the wheels. I think this is proof that a redesign is in order. Otherwise, we love the fact that the cooler is made with recycled materials and this was the main factor in choosing this cooler over others.
