For replacing compressors or evaporators on systems built prior to January 2011 you will need to order an adpter kit to connect the old style one-shot fittings to the new quick-connects. Supplemental Installation Guide for New Quick-Connect Couplings.

These adapters are used to connect a New CU-100/200 or evaporator to an older component. If the older half of the system was manufactured before 2001, the adapters absolutely will not work. Units made before 2001 cannot be used with a new unit in any way. If you are considering using these adapters for any reason, please call West Marine and ask for the number for the Dometic Help Line.
